Pintafino MEDIUM+FINO set for 30m2

The substrate must be uniform, hard, solid, with any dents patched, or the entire surface leveled.

If applying resin coating over a tiled surface or waterproofing membrane, choose Pintafino BASE for the base layer. For tiled surfaces, consumption depends on the number and depth of joints, approximately 1.5-2kg/m². Tiled surfaces are first leveled with Pintafino Base resin coating. If unsure, please ask for advice from customer service. Pintafino MEDIUM finishes the surface smoothly. Remember to also add Pintafino Installation and Maintenance Instructions to your cart. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. It does not withstand immersion, so ensure sufficient slopes on flat surfaces. The product must not freeze during storage.

1. Pintafino PRIMER is a sealer that can be diluted up to 50% with water. This set includes one liter of PRIMER primer, but if the base is highly absorbent (e.g., an old concrete floor), we recommend adding an extra primer to your cart. Consumption is approximately 1L/10-14m² undiluted, or 20-25m² diluted, depending on surface absorption. Can be coated approximately 1 hour after application, or when the surface is no longer wet to the touch. The surface remains tacky after drying. The product is very resin-rich and will harden the roller quickly. Have a few spare roller heads on hand. On floors, application with a trowel is possible. Clean trowels thoroughly immediately after use. Avoid thick layers; dilute the product and apply thinly. Mild odor.
2. From the Pintafino MEDIUM 20kg container, you can apply one layer over 40m², or two layers over approximately 20m². Therefore, consumption is about 0.5kg/m². MEDIUM has a grain size of approximately 0.2mm. Drying time is 2-4 hours, depending on conditions. Sand the surface before applying the FINO layer with e.g., P60 or P80 sandpaper.
3. Pintafino FINO is the finest coating in the system. It gives the surface a smooth and beautiful appearance. FINO is applied over the sanded MEDIUM layer, resulting in a smooth and finished surface. One layer of this fine coating is sufficient, but if you want two layers for an extremely smooth and stucco-like finish, it is advisable to add an extra 5kg container to your cart. FINO has a grain size of 0.01mm and is applied in very thin layers. Lightly sand before varnishing with P120 sandpaper. Did you know that a spray bottle is a useful tool for softening work joints and dry edges? Lightly mist, avoid drips, and trowel the moistened surface simultaneously.

NOTE! Remember to purchase the COLOR for microcements separately! You can vary the amount of tinting paste in different layers to achieve color variations in the final surface. You can also purchase different shades.

1. Pintafino PRE SEALER is a single-component product and easy to use. You can also tint part of the PRE SEALER varnish for various finishes, from marbling to color washing. Dilute the product by 20% before use. Consumption undiluted is about 1L/10-15m² per layer. PRE SEALER ensures the final varnish coat is flawless. Remember to sand the dried surface with fine P100-120 sandpaper before the final varnishing. Drying time is 1-2 hours, depending on conditions.
2. Pintafino 2-K SEALER is a high-quality, hard-surface varnish composed of two separate components (A+B). The 2-K SEALER can also be diluted by about 10% with water if needed. Consumption is about 1L/10-12m² for a carefully applied single layer. The 2-K SEALER ensures the surface is easy to clean and provides protection against scratches and wear. Dust dry after 2-3 hours, ready for use after 12-24 hours.

This set includes:

• 20kg Pintafino MEDIUM resin coating
• 2 x 5kg Pintafino FINO resin coating
• 1L Pintafino PRIMER base coat
• 1L Pintafino PRE SEALER primer varnish
• 2 x 1L Pintafino 2-K SEALER topcoat varnish

Additionally, you will need the following tools:

• Steel trowels, e.g., Anza 20 and 25cm or a steel stucco trowel for applying microcement.
• Roller handle, e.g., Anza 54cm and 10-15cm lint-free rollers, e.g., rilon or microfiber. Protective plastic, painter's tape, and cloths. Suitable containers and mixing sticks. A drill and paint mixer for tinting.
